feet forward on Thursday as they headed out in Beverly Hills,

should have been just a catch up lunch turned into something much,
much, more as the pair brought along their show's camera crew.

the program first aired seven years ago this month, it seems Kim has
not yet let her guard down - well at least her fashion guard down - when
it comes to filming.
The
33-year-old was certainly ready for her close up, looking both
glamorous and glowing as she walked to her Rolls Royce from the
restaurant.
For
filming, the mother of one - North West, 16 months - donned a pair of
tailored but flowing black pants with a matching one shouldered top that
featured one billowing long sleeve.
